I didn’t learn business growth from theory. I learned it in the field.

I started in door-to-door sales, recruiting, training, and managing teams while selling at a high level. From there, I built and ran my own sales organizations, developing recruiting systems, training programs, and commission structures that drove real performance.

As the industry evolved, so did the systems. I expanded into solar, managing complex pipelines from lead to install and making sure deals didn’t fall through so revenue actually got collected. I later supported dealer growth and backend operations at the corporate level with solar companies such as Energy Service Partners.

When the market shifted, I pivoted into call center operations. My team and I built phone sales systems, managed teams, and continued driving revenue across multiple offers.

I spent time in construction where I helped streamline office operations, managed payroll, build accounting systems, and helped secure over $10M in government contracts.

Today, I work with a wide range of clients, from contractors and clinics to residential sales teams and the companies that support and fulfill for them, helping them generate more leads, close more deals, and build systems that keep revenue growing.
